JavaDownloader, JavaMailer, JavaCrawler, JavaBrowser, and JavaSolitaire grants
the permission to distribute the trial limited version of these software and any
other software labeled as "free" to any party interested in doing so. The
trial limited versions of m9P Database, Cornolius Database Application, Cornolius
Professional Database, Cornolius Server,
m9P Zipper XT,
Navigator Elegance, JPEGCompressor, JavaDraw, JavaDownloader,
JavaMailer, JavaCrawler, JavaBrowser, and JavaSolitaire and other software
labeled as "free" can be freely distributed electronically and on CDs.
The full unlimited version of m9P Database, m9P Pack1, Cornolius Database Application, Cornolius
Professional Database, Cornolius Server,
m9P Zipper XT,
Navigator Elegance, JPEGCompressor, JavaDraw, JavaDownloader,
JavaMailer, JavaCrawler, JavaBrowser, and JavaSolitaire, however, requires
registration and license from the publisher. mental9Production strongly
prohibits the distribution and/or selling of the full version of its software.
Should mental9Production know of any such distribution and or/selling, the
distributor and/or seller and all responsible parties who contributed to such
act would be brought to justice and prosecuted under the full extent of law.
mental9Production is the sole distributor and licensor of m9P Database, m9P
Pack1, Cornolius Database
Application, Cornolius Professional Database, Cornolius Server,
m9P Zipper XT,
Navigator Elegance, JPEGCompressor, JavaDraw,
JavaDownloader, JavaMailer, JavaCrawler, JavaBrowser, and JavaSolitaire. The
SOFTWARE PRODUCTS are protected by copyright laws and international copyright
treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE
PRODUCTS are licensed, not sold.

product from mental9Production you agree to the following terms:

YOU INSTALL AND RUN THE SOFTWARE ON ONLY ONE MACHINE.

YOU CAN MAKE ONE (AND ONLY ONE) COPY OF THE SOFTWARE FOR BACKUP PURPOSE.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE, SELL, LEND, RENT, OR LEASE THIS SOFTWARE TO ANY
OTHER PERSON OR PARTY.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS,"
WITHOUT WARRANTY. THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE APPLICATION, EITHER EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
DISTRIBUTION AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON INFRINGEMENT OF
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE
APPLICATION IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE APPLICATION PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME
THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
